Toppy Inverter is a stationary pallet turner that will turn loads and exchange pallet on loads of a maximum weight of 1200
kg and maximum height of 1400 mm.
The pallet turning is accomplished with:
- 90° rotation without pressure for steady loads ( i.e. boxes).
- 180° rotation without pressure for unsteady and fragile loads ( i.e. cruets and bottles).
- 180° rotation with pressure for unsteady but not fragile loads ( i.e. bags, larger size bags and drums).

Il sistema di logistica L-Shape completamente automatico è costituito da un cambio pallet Toppy L-Shape (dotato di un convogliatore posto sulla piattaforma), magazzini pallet (adatti ai tipi di pallet adoperati) e convogliatori a rulli. Il sistema di logistica garantisce un cambio del pallet molto più veloce rispetto alla macchina stand alone grazie anche ai magazzini pallet che sono dotati di trasportatori per la raccolta e la consegna dei pallet di legno e plastica. Il girabancale Logy L-Shape è equipaggiato con il sistema di centraggio adattativo a misurazione sonar che permette di centrare la merce all'interno del nuovo pallet compensando al contempo la differenza di dimensione dei due pallet. La sicurezza del sistema è garantita mediante l'utilizzo di un perimetro di reti metalliche e di fotocellule uomo per il controllo degli accessi.

This fully automatized logistic system consists of a Toppy L-Shape pallet changer with an on-board conveyor, pallet warehouses (suitable to the size of the pallets used) and roll conveyors. Thanks to the pallet warehouses, fed by conveyors for the pick up and delivery of the wooden and plastic pallets, Toppy L-Shape logy can guarantee an higher output if compared with the same stand alone pallet changer.L-Shape logy features ad adaptive centering system by sonar device, for the centering of the product onto the new pallet and the compensation of the two pallets different size. The safety is guaranteed by perimetral metal fences and by light curtains, preventing anybody from entering the system area

Toppy Four Press in line is a full automatic logistic system that allows a quick pallet replacement. The links between machineries is made by roll conveyors.
The products are load on the roll conveyors and taken into the heart of the line, inside Toppy Four Press. The conveyors go up with the pallet while the frontal and back presses go down and then the four presses closes on the products keeping it. The conveyors go down in order to allow the exit of the wooden pallet and the entrance of the plastic pallet. When the plastic pallet is in place, the conveyors go up again and the load is gently released on the pallet. The conveyors go down while the frontal and back presses go up: finally the products leave the heart of the system and go away on the conveyors.

Toppy Four Press è un sistema di cambio pallet in linea totalmente automatico che permette un cambio veloce del pallet. Il pallet con il prodotto viene caricato sui convogliatori a rulli e spostato nel "cuore" del sistema, il Toppy Four Press, tramite le rulliere. Le rulliere salgono mentre i pressori frontali e posteriori del Toppy Four Press scendono: i due pressori laterali, il frontale e il posteriore si chiudono quindi sul prodotto, bloccandolo. Ora le rulliere possono abbassarsi di nuovo per far uscire il pallet in legno e far entrare il pallet in plastica: quando il pallet in plastica si trova in posizione, i convogliatori tornano a salire e il prodotto viene depositato gentilmente sul pallet in plastica. I convogliatori tornano quindi in posizione iniziale mentre i pressori frontali e posteriori si alzano, così che il carico possa continuare il suo percorso sulle rulliere.

The pallet changer Toppy Side Press Duplex was especially designed starting from our standard pallet changer Toppy Side Press.

The new Toppy Side Press Duplex is particularly addressed and studied for Supermarket-chains, which need to divide big piles of products and assemble little pallet of different products to send to the little markets.

The new Toppy Side Press Duplex has a higher elevation up to 1800 mm and can work with loads up to 800 kg.
It can work with different products, e.i. vegetables, detergents, boxes, etc. and it can stack or de-stack the loads as well as change the pallet and raising loads.
